Use your phone's volume buttons to change the volume.
How it works
Pick a sound and press Play. Brown noise is deep, like a distant waterfall. Pink is softer, like steady rain. White is bright, like a fan. Start quiet and turn it up slowly. On most phones it keeps playing when the screen locks, and you can stop it from the lock screen. The sleep timer stops it for you.
